First, the gas type

3) liquefied gas: carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, propane, LPG.

4) low temperature liquefied gas: liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon and so on.

Second, the gas container and color standard

1) Oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and other high-pressure gas made of seamless steel cylinder. Acetylene, propane can be made of general welded steel cylinders.

2) High pressure vessels are accompanied by a certificate of competency, this certificate should be with the high pressure vessel as a technical file to save. Should be on time inspection (such as once every three years), engraved on the cylinder inspection date.

Oxygen - Sky Blue Nitrogen - Black Argon - Gray Hydrogen - Green

Ammonia - Yellow Carbon Dioxide - Silver Gray Acetylene - White Propane - Soil Red

Third, the use of high pressure gas should pay attention to the problem

1) high-pressure gas containers are best stored outside, should be stored upright, fixed firmly, and to prevent direct sunlight, wind and sun.

2) acetylene pipe, pressure gauge prohibited with copper (60% copper) material, otherwise it will form acetylene copper, is a blasting agent.

3) high-pressure gas must be installed with the main reducer can be used, the pressure reducer, pressure gauge, catheter to be dedicated, not allowed to use each other.

4) high-pressure cylinder valve left open, right-handed off, but hydrogen, methane, carbon monoxide and other flammable or toxic gas cylinder valve outlet thread for the buckle. Bottle valve switch dedicated hand wheel, is strictly prohibited use long wrench.

5) open the bottle when the valve should be fully open, but the acetylene bottle should not be rotated more than 1.5 turn, to prevent acetone outflow.

6) cylinder pressure of acetylene below 0.5MPa, it should be replaced, otherwise the barrel of acetone will flow into the flame along the pipeline, causing the fire

Unstable noise increases and causes contamination of the acetylene pipeline.

7) cylinder should stay 0.5Mpa residual pressure. To prevent the cylinder from venting, air mixed with polluting cylinders or in the cylinder to form explosive gas.
